Your pictures: Black and white
Each week, we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week it is "black and white", and we begin with a picture by Helen Errington.
Mh Zhou: "Black and white, my favourite colours. I elaborately chose a few personal items of mine and casually put them together. That is the picture."
Tim Evans: "Two sisters taken at Southport Beach back in the mid-90s, on film."
Dean Coughlan: "This is Lula and Garth enjoying a walk on Broughton beach, in the beautiful Gower peninsula, back in 2010. Sadly, neither of these wonderful Great Danes are with us anymore, but this photo is a fond family memory of two fine and noble companions."
Barry Goddard: "'Bag it, bin it.' Sound advice on the pavement in the backstreets of Southwark."
Bob Middleton: "Tempest is an image I particularly like of the storms at the beginning of this year. I got very cold and quite damp taking this shot."
Jake Smallwood: " I took this image while on my trip to Dublin, Ireland, at the end of October 2015. What made this deer stand out from all the rest was how it was missing its right eye."
Douglas Tenison-Collins: "Taken in Paignton, Devon. I was living nearby for a few months and wanted to try and emulate some of the great British photographers who made the English seaside resort their main subject."
Ben Small: "St Andrew's Church, Farnham, on a wet January night."
Bill Deem: "It ain't work when you love it. This is the steam engine for the train from Dartmouth to Paignton."
Jayne Every: "Bible reading at the beach."
Susan McKean: "Sunday morning coffee and the paper, relaxing at home in Edinburgh."
Katarina Brown: "Taken on a walk through the fields in Berkshire last summer."
And finally, a picture by Carl Olsen. The next theme is "bright colours", and the deadline for your entries is 26 January. If you would like to enter, send your pictures to yourpics@bbc.co.uk.
