European Central Bank president Draghi 'all about talk'
The euro has suffered heavy losses against the dollar after the president of the European Central Bank failed to announce any immediate measures to ease debt pressures in the eurozone.
Mario Draghi had previously announced he would do "whatever it takes" to save the euro.
Jeremy Cook, Chief Economist at Foreign Currency broker World First, told 5 liveWake Up To Money that Mr Dragi was "all about talk".
